Slide views not showing up in reporting email

Hi,

 

I am using Adobe Captivate 4.0.

In Quiz Preferences -> Reporting -> Email(as attachment); for 'Choose Report Data' I have selected 'Quiz results and slide views'; for 'Reporting level' I have selected 'Report score'.
However, in the email that is triggered on clicking 'send email' button on reports page, I don't see the slide views.
(I have converted .att attachment to .csv and .doc, but still cannot see the slide views in the attachment file).

 

Would appreciate your help on how I could see individual slide data in the email reports.

    Email reporting does not give that level of detail. It's really quite basic as far as reporting granularity is concerned and is generally regarded as unreliable. You would normally only resort to it if ther were no other suitable reporting options.
