Quality downgraded when exported!

I just acquired this software you see, and I've been working on a multi-track project all day. Every file other than the instrumental I'm using, are vocals, and they all have effects on them. Here is my problem, whenever I export my song, it messes up my effects, and downgrades the quality of my vocals! Even in wav format! I am beyond frustrated at this point, and can't seem to find the answer to my problem anywhere!

Please help!

Don't really understand what you are saying.

Maybe try exporting without fx and see what is happening and if that works for you try adding an fx one at a time and see how that affects your export

I assume that you are playing the exported file through something other than audition.

I would load the exported file into audition and have a listen to it.

Does it sound different to what you expected or does it sound the same as your mix in Audition?

At least we are narrowing down the problem.

What sort of sound card are you using?

Is Audition going out the same outputs on your sound card  as Winamp?

Do you have multiple soundcards eg an onboard one which has some fx on it, etc?

From what you are saying we have established that you have one onboard Realtek soundcard and that your mix sounds good/as expected through both Audition and Quicktime but not Winamp

Logic tells me that the problem is with Winamp - probably some sort of fx or setting that you are unaware of

What format are you saving your final file?  If it's a WAV, you may need to be certain to convert it to 16-bit.  By default, Audition keeps files as 32-bit which preserves quality through edits and saves, but which is not necessarily compatible with some players.  From the editor, click Edit > Convert Sample Type and change the Bit Depth to 16.  Save as a new file and see if you have better luck in Winamp.
