removing uneeded software files

what files can be removed from the installed programs such as language, help, temp, etc?

I like to run a lean mean computer

    If you have installed the software then it is recommended to keep the supported file and folder along with it, if you want to free the space of the computer

    then remove the unwanted software and run the Disk cleanup utility.
