Download of new CS6 noted as "sucesssful"; but I found no instructions for installation after unzipping. I don't want to download again (it took 3 hours). Are there any alternatives?
There apears to be some pieces of code missing. Is there any way to determine what it is?
Do I need to uninstall the trial version of ID or my old version of Photoshop /elements 2.0?

Which CS6 application/suite are you installing? What operating system are you using? Do you receive this error message prior to being able to initiate the install process?

Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
I downloaded a file pack labeled: ProductionPremium_CS6_LS7.zip
When I unizipped it there was:
ProductionPremium_CS6_LS7.7z
ProductionPremium_CS6_LS7.exe
clicking on the ...7z unzips to a folder containing another file
called "payloads".
clicking on the ...exe file produces an error:
"The file archive part of Adobe CS6 Production Premium is
missing. You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract
Adobe CS6 Production Premium. Please download all parts."
I don't have a clue as to where to download the rest of what is needed?
I am using Windows 7 pro on an i7 Sony laptop.
Please advise.

If you double click on ProductionPremium_CS6_LS7.exe it will extract the .7Z file for you. You can then access the setup application in the extracted folder.
