Where is my "Track Reviews" file

I posted a pdf to share with someone.  Going to the "Track Reviews" on the pdf, I was able to get to the file that was being shared. Now it's gone. When I go to the menu tab "Track Reviews" I get the message "

You currently don't have any initiated reviews." Any thoughts on what happened to my file?
