Adobe ideas

How can I get help with adobe ideas? The erase arrows have stopped working all of a sudden. Restarting iPad did not help. They do not light up.

    Hi there - when you say the "erase arrows" do you mean the eraser tool or the undo/redo buttons? I've labeled them below.

    Just to make sure what you're encountering isn't a bug...

     

    For the redo/undo buttons...

    1. If you exit an Idea and go back to the main project page, the ability to redo/undo will not be selectable when you reopen the Idea you were working on.

     

    For the eraser tool...

    1. Make sure that what you're trying to erase is on the layer you have selected

    2. Photo layers canot be erased

    3. Make sure your eraser is at full opacity

     

    If all else fails, you can contact customer service to report a bug. Just select Ideas from the product drop-down menu, select "Using my product" from the second dropdown menu, and then click "I still need help..."

    When that happened to me, I spent hours trying to figure it out - only to find that I had accidentally added a new layer, so there was nothing to "undo". What a face-palm moment! It's a random thought, but make sure that hasn't happened to you, too!

    Thank you Lotusii! I belive I have the problem solved, which is that I had added the image to the adobe ideas album and had then tried to go back and delte the last step. However,

    your information is great to have for future work. All these little details help. Thanks again!

    I did try what you suggested and number 1 worked.  I started a new 'project' and

    after drawing a line the back step arrow immediately lit up and erased. the eraser tool was

    not the problem. Thank you so much for this help, it saved days of frustration!!
