Why does CS6 installer keep asking me to insert disk AdobeDesignWebPremium6-EnglishJapan?

I have one installation disc for the CS6 package I purchased yet whenever I try to install I am asked to insert disk AdobeDesignWebPremium6-EnglishJapan. Help?

    Are you able to copy the contents of the disc to your hard drive successfully?  You may also want to attempt to download and install the trial version to see if it is a problem with the disc.
