Captivate 5.5, LMS is Inquisiq, the project is basic (random quiz questions at the end of a presentation), "Allow Backward Movement" checked.
Bookmarking all works on the first run through but if I get to the end and then start over, and then exit I cannot get back in (gets stuck on loading).
I'm using the v6 demo right now and it seems to solve the loading problem, among other things. You may want to download the 30-day trial and see if it works for you. Incredibly irritating, but seems to be the only solution for now...
ok thx....definitely irritating...been doing a series and this is the only one Im having that problem with...imported the preferences from a working version, LMS settings the same. The only difference I can think of is that this one has a demo recording in it.
Open the affected project, go to Quiz > Reporting > LMS Customisation and check the box to Never Send Resume Data. Publish and test again in your LMS. If this resolves the issue, then your problem is related to Resume Data Bookmarking in your particular LMS.
Adobe has issued a number of patches for this issue with Cp5x versions with varying degrees of success. But the best 'fix' for it does indded seem to be upgrading to Cp6 where they've totally revamped the SCORM integration by using the Rustici SCORM technology.
