So Im trying to teach myself how to use Indesign's animation tools. I created some animations in Indesign CS5 worked beautifully yesterday but today only a handful work. I have watched 3 tutorials on the subject and have tried everything i can think of but nothing fixes them.
when ever i try to watch the animations in the preview panel only the last three or four animations work. and i cant get any newly created ones to work either. I have even tried creating a new document and assigning a fly-in from right animation to a simple rectangle object and all that i get on the preview panel is a blank page.
There are three buttons on the bottom right of the Preview panel for previewing document, previewing spread, and previewing selection. Make sure you have the right one selected.
I went ahead and created a plain document with a rectangle to trouble shoot with. I tried all three preview settings and none of them will show the object moving.
