downloading of Premiere elements

It appears that the downloading screen of elements 10 is not moving .What should happen next if the screen doesn't show any progress in the download? Could you look into this by taking control of my computer.

    This is a public forum so it will not be possible for us to take control of your computer.  Where did you choose to download the install files too?
