Installing Premiere Pro Cs6 stalls at 36%

When installing Adobe Premiere Pro Cs6 Trial Version the installer states that I need to restart my machine before continuing.

The exact error reads "Installer has detected that a machine restart may be pending. It is recommended that you quit the installer, restart your machine and try installing again".

After several restarts I still get the same error, so now I just hit Ignore.  When I do that the installer continues and it stalls at 36%.

My machine:

Windows 7 64 Bit

Memory 8GB

Processor Intel Core i7 CPU Q820 1.73GHz

 

I have other Adobe products installed such as Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Adobe Lightroom 4 to name a few.

    After reading my error I see that it was stalling at installing AdobeHelp.
    I searched and found another user having the same issue. He suggested to bring up the Task Manager and killing the InstallAdobeHelp.exe.

    This seemed to work as my install is now moving forward.
