I have a job application form set up that has two fields that are auto populated by a Web App, Position Applying For and Job Reference Number. When a user applies for a position and submits the form all of the content they provide is in the workflow notification except for the Job Reference Number. I have been looking at the web form and the page that for web form is on and can not figure out why the Position Applying For field would be populated correctly in the notification, but the Job Reference Number does not. Can anyone help me with this or at least point me in the right direction on how I can go about solving this issue?
The only thing I can think of is if the field was recently added after the the input form was inserted originally to a page. Which will require a fresh insert of the form to have all newly added fields capture.
If still having troubles I would recommend submitting a case to us directly within the following details.
-Name and URL of the app/form in question
-Screencast or email attachment to the case of the workflow issue
I had made an edit to the form awhile back and the "CAT_Custom_xxxxxxx" on that field had changed. After changing that to the new one it works like it is supposed to.
