Unable to download flahplayer error???

every time i try to download the flash player i get an error message i also can't use my web cam to chat because the same error message pops up. I also can't play my games on facebook because of the fflash player. i have tryed to uninstall and now i can't download another one because the error message pops up. this is what the error message says??

Looks like you are on Windows; what web browser do you use?

Try downloading the offline installer from http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.ht... and save it to disk, then close all browser windows and run the downloaded installer.

I think this is problem with the browser. Remove your browser then reinstall it. Please don't overuse the browser plugins or add-ons as they create confilict problem with browser and addons and both don't work properly.
