How to flush publish instance cache?

Hello,

 

I am trying to flush cache from publish instance, I gone through the below link

I am getting below error

Request you to please let me know what is missing in the configuration.

    you should check

    *  The target instance's localhost port number whether it is 8000 or something else.

    *  Ensure that the instance http://localhost:8000 must be running while configuring and testing the agent.

    *  Ensure dispatcher is configured in web server.

    Thanks for replying...

     

    The path we have to configure in the "Target Tab" which should be Publish Instance path like

    http://localhost:4503/......

     

    I also configure below path still wen I Test Connection still it giving me "Connection Refuse" Error.

     

    http://localhost:4503/dispatcher/invalidate.cache

     

    Please let me know where I missing configuration
