i recently bought red giants trapcode, efects, keying, magic bullet suite, it was pricy. And i installed it on my windows on after effects cs6 and i got this. please help somebody!

If you don't follow the installation instuctions for third-party plugins TO THE LETTER, trouble often ensues.

I think you ought to read this page extremely carefully. You'll note that there is a link for customer support if you have any further questions.

There's nothing like getting your information from the horse's mouth, and in this case, Red Giant Software is the horse. Adobe isn't.
