Thanks so much Nancy. I looked out your alt-web instructions and where mine
was lacking was the media=screen. I did not have that statement. The
tutorials I am working in are for CS5.5 and it said an entry was not
necessary there....This is great! I have been searching for 4 days on the
Adobe site...lol for an answer

If you want CSS to be applied to screen renderings, no entry is required. In other words, "media=all" is the default attribute/value. Media=all includes screen, print, etc.
