Adobe Community: Is it possible to change a comment so that when you hover over it, all text is visible?

That is the default. If you're mousing around with the Hand tool active in Reader/Acrobat, when you move over a comment, the text in the comment is visible. See example below:

On the Commenting Preferences, make sure "Enable text indicators and tooltips" is selected.

Steve,

Thank you for your response. The issue that I am running into is that the comment is large. When I hover over it, it only brings up part of the text. Is there a way to expand this so that ALL text is visible without double clicking?

My guess is that there is some character limit that is displayed by default. However, I was hoping there was a setting somewhere that I could change.

Is this Acrobat X? If so, you might consider using the Comment List panel to look at your comments. You can use the Expand All feature in the small flyout menu at the top right to see all the content in a Comment.
