CS6 Keeps crashing

I just purchase CS6 4 days ago along with a brand new MacBook Pro with Retina Display. Regardless of what application I am in everytime I'm working in it, it will crash when I ask for a command. The crashes happen with randon comands, like creatiing a new page, or using my ink blot tool to grab a colour.

I have re-installed the program twice and rebooted my whole mac system.

PLEASE! Someone help!!
