I have to download flash all the time after I turn off the computer

Have windows 7 and I think it is 32 bit.

    Could you please explain in details. Do you mean, you have to download and install  after turn off computer?

    I believe I may have had the same problem. What I did was remove flash completely from my computer (All files and folders) and did a fresh install. That seemed to fix the problem for me. If you don't know how to do that, google removal of flash and fresh install. Adobe has it all laid out for you. I hope that works for you.
