SWF not clickable in some computers

Jul 25, 2012 9:32 PM

Hi People,

I have a problem but I don't really have that much information about it, I have this site:

In there I have a feedback form, and out of 20k people around 200 feedbacks I have gotten some in whicn people tell me that they can't click anywhere, nothing is clickable, it comes from all browsers but I don't know which player version.

I don't really have that much information but any feedback on issues related would help.

Can you please provide details about the sdk and versions you are using?

If you are using old sdk, try updating it to new one and then check. That might help.

My guess would be this very small % of people don't realize you have to click the DONE button first.  Make this button pulsate, and perhaps the complaints drop off.  1% of your users being a bit slow is certainly well within believable limits.

That or - alternative wild speculative guess - they are using very old versions of the flash player.
