I had previously installed Muse as a trial. I uninstalled it and later joined Creative Cloud. When I try to reinstall Muse, it says that it is installed my Application Manager. It isn't installed for sure. How do I go about getting Application Manager to let me reinstall Muse. I really need to use it today to work on a site. All of the assets are made using Adobe products and my life would be so much easier.
I have Windows 7 Professional 64bit. I went to the Control Panel and removed the application as I normally would. A few days later I decided to go ahead and sign up for Creative Cloud. When I did, I could install other apps but not Muse. As soon as I ran the Cleaner Tool, it worked just fine. I still looking for answer to another Muse quaestion...All of the Widgets aren't showing and I can't find any current updates for Muse. I know there is one because it is supposed to the the forms. I don't have those. That was the reason I uninstalled because forms weren't in there. when I saw it had been added, I decided to reinstall it. Any help????
Thank you for that additional information. It was unclear what process you had already gone through to remove Muse previously.
