Remove old Versions of CS?

Jul 27, 2012 9:57 AM

I have already installed CS 6 on my mac and am wondering if it is safe to uninstall older versions of CS. And if so, what is the best way to do this?

You should be able  to uninstall earlier versions. I have heard of Windows users having issues, but I have been able to do it on the Mac. The only issue might relate to Acrobat. If your version of Acrobat is tied to the older version of CS, you might need to re-install Acrobat so that it's activation is now tied to CS6.

On a Mac, you can find your Adobe uninstallers for the Creative Suite or individual applications here:

Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers
