When trying to install Flash Player, a message came up saying "user does not have sufficient priviliges to install." How can I fix this issue? Thanks.
Install it under an Administrator account.

Log in as Administrator, or another account that has admin privileges.
Alternatively you can download the offline installer from http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/flash-player/kb/installation-pr oblems-flash-player-windows.html#main-pars_header and save it to disk. Close all browser windows, then right-click on the downloaded installer and select 'Run as Administrator'.
