Flash player does not stream youtube when VLC player is streaming youtube

I've tested with 2 scenario:
1. Without web based proxy setting set, flash player works fine
2. With web based proxy setting, flash player does not stream youtube or is showing white screen when there is a VLC player streaming youtube. I need to run this 2 player concurrently. But, flash player just dont work in this case.

Any idea?? I'm not sure if this has been raise before. If it does, a link will be very much appreciated

P.S: Flash player works fine when it is running ALONE

I haven't seen this come up before.  I'd suggest reposting on youtube's forums to see if they have any leads.
