Audio_video_html5

I need to insert video and audio into the stage and I need to publish this for HTML5 output.

 

Problems here is,

 

1.After inserting audio and publishing to html5 the output window is coming blank.

2.After publishing to html5 video is not visible in  the respective slide which I have inserted.

    Hi lokesh vee,

     

    Thanks for the post.

     

    Could you please provide the following information:

     

    1. Did you get any error message while publishing to html5?

    2. Which browser you are using to preview the output?

     

    If possible, could you please share the sample project with the mentioned issues for better investigation.

    Hi,

     

    Thanks for your reply.

     

    I am not able to listen the mp3 that i have inserted.  Please tell the solution for this and the output screen is coming blank because of this audio.

     

    1.I am using mp4 video.

    2.No I didnt get any error message while publishing.

    3.safari 5.1 is the browser I am using to view the output.

    Please find the below list of supported browsers:

     

    • Internet Explorer 9 or later  (Windows Platform)
    • Safari 5.1 or later (Mac Platform)
    • Google Chrome 17 or later (Windows, Mac Platform)

     

    Safari on the windows platform is not supported.

     

    If you are using Safari on Mac platform, could you please share the sample project with the mentioned issues for better investigation.
