Script Slowing Program

What Flash script is slowing down down programs such as live conversation? A box appears and asks if I wish to abort the program or stop running the script that may harm my computer. Upon browsing through my start-ups I disabled any adobe on start-up. Is this an active X issue and if so how do fix this?

    You should include a screenshot of the message you are getting.  In my experience, the type of message you seem to be getting is usually a javascript issue.
