Render Sequence and Clip Title Information on to encoded footage.

Is there a way in Premiere, After Effects or Media Encoder to render title information of sequence name and clip name onto encoded footage? I would like to start doing this on Dallies to make it easier to review, with out having to deal with long slate-ins and what not.
