This Keeps coming up when i try to transfer to my kobo.  it has happened before but i just ogt a new one and wanted to but my library books on in i have tryed with online support and they say they can't help does anyone have any ideas

    Your activation counter can - and must - be reset by Adobe Technical

    Support.  You can contact them and they should take care of it.  However,

    lots of the folks here have had issues with them taking on that

    responsibility.  If they give you any flak, don't take it.
