pageflip CS6 indesign

Hi Guys

I saw this Adobe video today, really great tips, and works well in CS5, but I've got CS6 indesign now and it doesnt work; after importing the swk, then exporting to interactive pdf, I just get white pages.

Anyone else seen this?
