WWDC Apple Logo Design

Hello,

 

I'm trying to create a similar effect to Apple's WWDC 2012 Logo. I tried several things such as overlay or multiply but the outcome is just not the same.

 

Would be great if somebody could point me in the right direction.

    Careful! This stuff you posted a image file owned by Apple. Did you actually obtained the permission in doing this so. If you don't, don't even think about it.

     

    Please kindly refer to Copyright-related topics, as it is pretty much self explanatory on your own. I am not fond of people when they proceed posting images of whatever stuff off the internet WITHOUT proper conset of permission in writing.

     

    Yes, I know, people do it all the time without really realizing the consequence.

    Try Illustrator. Do some experiments.

    You are correct I didn't ask for permission and no copyright infringement was intended. This was merely an example of the effect I want to achieve.
