Photoshop CS6 extended

I have a subscription. I have the Photoshop cs6. I need the extended part of Photshop CS6, but when I try to download it, it only downloads the regular CS6. How can i get the extended part of photoshop?

    There is only one Photoshop download.  It enables/disables the Extended features based on your serial number.

     

    If the Extended features are not working for you, you might try deactivating / reactivating, though most users with this kind of problem end up needing to call Adobe Customer Support to get them to resolve things in their servers.

    Thank you for the quick reply. I will try the deactivating/reactivating. I hope that works, I hate calling customer support....
