My account was created in December 2011, today, I was unable to login to use PDF to word conversion and was prompted to renew my "annual" account.
Are Tony and big nose Larry coming over to break my leg if I don't renew in August for my December "annual renewal"
Sorry to hear you're having trouble. How are you trying to access the ExportPDF service? Are you using the website (http://exportpdf.acrobat.com/signin.html) or trying to access via Adobe Reader's Tools pane?
This may be a password issue or a user account issue, but it's certainly not related to a renewal.
And for the record, Tony has the big nose.
