Exporting light radius

I'm trying to export lighting information from after effects using AEGP... most parameters seem to export fine however

AEGP_LayerStream_LIGHT_FALLOFF_TYPE,

AEGP_LayerStream_LIGHT_FALLOFF_START,

AEGP_LayerStream_LIGHT_FALLOFF_DISTANCE,

LIGHT_FALLOFF_START (what I assumed to be the Radius parameter of the light) is exporting 0, and LIGHT_FALLOFF_DISTANCE (what I assumed to be the Falloff parameter of the light) is exporting the radius value.

My question is... what is LIGHT_FALLOFF_START actually referring to? And what do I need to query in order to get the light's falloff distance?

EDIT: I should clarify that this is for a spot light specifically, but I only chose the spot light because it contains a superset of all lighting parameters. I want to export any type of light
