I have 17 files available to install on my primary computer.  When I log into my backup computer I can only access 13.  How can I get all of them made available for the backup?

    Hi McNallyJ,

Is your primary computer a different OS than your backup computer? When you say files do you mean the actual applications? The difference might be because your backup computer is Windows XP or a 32-bit operating system, which you can't install some of the programs on like After Effects and Premiere Pro because they require a 64-bit OS.

I'm just guessing, that sound like it might be what's going on?

I really wish Adobe would make this far more obvious to avoid confusing end users,

A simple note in the Creative Cloud web page after login would be handy.

I completely agree John. I'll pass the feedback on to the apps page designers.

Might load up Adobe Application Manager (can launch from the alias in Applications) on the backup mac and post here the 4 which are missing.

    No screenshot came through.

Try uploading the screenshot using the camera icon in the forum posting toolbar (which appears when you reply to a post)

Well it looks like it is the 64-bit apps, does the backup Mac meet these requirements?

    • Multicore Intel processor with 64-bit support
    • Mac OS X v10.6.8 or v10.7
    • 4GB of RAM (8GB recommended)
    • 4GB of available hard-disk space for installation; additional free space required during installation (cannot install on a volume that uses a case-sensitive file system or on removable flash storage devices)
    • Additional disk space for disk cache (10GB recommended)
    • 1280x900 display
    • OpenGL 2.0–capable system
    • DVD-ROM drive for installation from DVD media
    • QuickTime 7.6.6 software required for QuickTime features
    • Optional: Adobe-certified GPU card for GPU-accelerated ray-traced 3D renderer*
    • This software will not operate without activation. Broadband Internet connection and registration are required for software activation, validation of subscriptions, and access to online services.† Phone activation is not available.
