How to install Adobe Flex 4.6 SDK in MacOS(Lion)

I download flex_sdk_4.6.zip from http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flex/flex-sdk-download.html

and unzip it,

but how to install or run the Flash Builder?

The SDK is free. The Tools are not, but there is a free trial.
