Drag All Markers After Video Edit?

Aug 4, 2012 8:35 AM

Hi, I did some editing at the beginning of my video project that left a minute or so of blank space at the beginning of my video.  I want to drag the whole video project to the "0" start now but then the markers I set for the DVD menue will be off quite a bit.  How do I lock the markers to the video or move the markers with the video so they stay in the same places along my video so that I can slifr the whole project to the zero start?  I am usinng Premiere Pro 2.0

Thanks!

What you want can't be done, even on the newest 6.0.

You'll have to move the markers one at a time.

If those were Clip Markers, and attached to the Clip, they would move.

They are not. They are attached to the Timeline, so as the Clips move, those Encore Markers stay where you placed them - attached to the Timeline.

No on the Clip Markers = Encore Chapter Markers. However, one could use Clip Markers, until the edit is almost ready to Dynamically Link to En, and then they could be replaced with En Markers, though only by hand, to the best of my knowledge.

Maybe time for a Feature Request for something like "Select all Markers, and convert to ____ Markers?"

    Good luck,
