I already have the update to 10.1.3 but am still unable to print (stops before I get a print window), sometimes even unable to open - just get a Windows message telling me there is an error and Adobe Reader will shut down.
Have run Repair and nothing changed in Adobe Reader (but the computer didn't want to shut down immediately thereafter).
Any help please? (am frantic as my exam notes are in pdf format - as are the backups - and exam in 2 days). Ta
