How do I get Premiere Elements to work?

Have purchased Photoshop/Premiere Elements combo package in box. Have serial numbers for both. Premier's doesn't work.

(Photoshop is fine.) Have tried to download Premiere trial and access with my serial number. Download assistant only offers

Premiere Pro. What else to do?

Please advise.

You menitoned you have a box for the software. Are you having problems with the installation media included within the box? You can find the trial of Premiere Elements at http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=premiere_elements& loc=en_us.
