I get an error message when trying to place a .psd file into a muse page. It says that the file was saved with compatability mode off. Try resaving with compatability mode enabled in photoshop. My photoshop CS6 is set to always save with maximum compatability. Whats going on here?
I do not get that screen to come up when I save a file, even when I go to preferences, file handling and click to ask when saving a psd file. I am using the Cloud version of CS6, maybe I need to re-download it??
Please click the "Reset All Warning Dialogs" button at the bottom of the "General" panel of "Preferences" in Photoshop.
This resets all the "Do not show again" dialogs to show until you again click the "Don't show again" checkbox. This wasn't necessary in my experiementation with changing the compatibility settings in preferences, but it seems worth a try.
