hello i've changed to creative cloud but when i try premiere pro cs6 it asks to go online to verify says i've been accepted but if i try to open a project it goes back to the 'verify subscription' screen and does not open up? what's up? also do you need to remove cs5 premiere pro?
Hello Jeff
sorry for the late response but no i am not choosing 'license this software' option..what happens is when i click on the cs6 icon to start some work the page that asks me to renew my subscription comes up..i click on 'renew' it responds with 'subcription renewal successful' and so i click on 'continue' nothing happens..so i click on the cs6 tab again to start but the 'you need to renew your subscription starts again so basically it just runs in this neverending loop of my renewing but not being able to open anything..should i remove Cs5? i do have a couple other applications installed on creative cloud and they open fine..any ideas?
I would recommend you first check your account at Adobe.com to verify your subscription is active. Is it only Premiere Pro CS6 which is facing this difficulty or do you have other CS6 applications having the same problem? Also is your CS5 software able to run successfully? Was CS5 prepetual or did you have a subscription to CS5 as well?
