Can't Save Exports

I bought Export PDF and used it on some forms from my church.  I had to make some minor fixes but it worked pretty well.  Then I tried to save the exported forms on a CD and it would not save.  What's up with that?

    Hi jackmidd,

     

    Can you save the converted Word or Excel documents to the hard drive of your computer?  Most CD-R burners aren't capable of remaining in a perpetual write-to-disc state.

    Yes, I can save the "converted" forms to my hard drive.  The problem comes when I try to copy them to a CD by dragging them over and hitting "burn".

     

    What would you suggest?

    Hi Jack,

     

    You'll probably want to contact the company that supports your operating system or optical drive.  It sounds like our software is working fine as you're able to save the file your hard drive.  Burning them to a CD or saving directly to a CD queue for burning isn't something we can help with.
