Can't Save Bookmark Changes

Acrobat Pro X will not save any of the changes/rename I make to the bookmark titles.  I have to choose save-as and rename the PDF file for it to save the changes.

 

I was able to get it fixed in Acrobat 9 on another user's computer by uninstalling and reinstalling (after running the repair tool and that not fixing it).  I tried the same steps on the Pro X version but it didn't fix the problem.

 

Have any of you seen this issue?  It's happening on at least 2 of our computers that are on XP SP3 and Acrobat Pro X.
