I can't download Adobe Creative Suite cs 5.5 Standard

Was purchased ~12.2011

A: The following steps will help locate your software for download:

Go to Adobe.com.
Click Sign In (in the upper right corner).
Enter your Adobe ID and password, and then click Sign In.
Click My Orders and then Order History.
Locate the order number, and click the Download link in the Downloads column.

But my order history is empty:

My recent orders

We found no orders placed within the past 30 days.

My order history

We found no orders placed more than 30 days ago.

How i can download software??

Having the same exact problem. Purchased Photoshop cs5 Extended around the same time. My old computer died and I am trying to re-install it on my new one. I just need to get to the old order from 2011, please.

Greenleavestree if you choose the option to download the software at the time of purchase then the steps posted by Bizkon39 should work. You can find more details on how to download purchased Adobe software at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1006208?tstart=0&promoid=KBHJQ.

If you did not choose the download option at the time of purchase then please follow the link offered by Mylenium is message #2.
