Lightroom confusion.

So I downloaded the 30 day trial of lightroom on my laptop, without knowing that I would be getting another laptop soon after. All my photos are organized in Lightroom on my old computer, but I was wondering if there was any easy way to transfer my thousands of photos from my old laptop to my new one while still keeping them in Lightroom. Also, I do have the full intention of buying lightroom, I just don't know how I should go about doing it since I already have the trial on my old laptop. Kind of confusing, so any help would be much appreciated!

    As long as the directory/folder name where you have your photos stored is the same on both computers, you should be OK. Just copy your catalog to the new computer, pay for LR4 and enter the SN when prompted for it.
