CS application panels when using spaces

Hi everybody,

 

I am having issues with my panels when I switch from space to space on the Mac.  It has been partly fixed with the new frame UI in Illustrator and Photoshop, but still having big issues with InDesign.

 

The problem I have is that when I switch from my InDesign space to one with Illustrator in, then go back again, all of the panels lose their headers and some disappear altogether.  Below are some images to illustrate what I mean.  Has anyone come across a solution to this, or do you know who I can contact at Adobe to log it as a bug?
