Adobe will not print from us government site

I have a customer that has a windows 7 pc that will not print a adobe document from the us courts web site. I know the document is protected. When you try to print it will quit the program. I have unistalled and reinstalled adobe but still a program crash. I can go to a any other web site and be able to print from adobe okay. Another user at the site has windows 7 and prints to the same printer. Can print okay from the same site. They both have the same version of adobe reader 10.1.3 and internet explorer 9. Anyone have a fix for this problem?
