I downloaded CS with no issues but when I try to download CS4 it keeps coming up with a message of: Setup has encountered an issue and cannot continue. Contact support. Orginally CS and CS4 was on an external hard drive but that hard drive quite working. So now I uninstalled all "patches" of where it use to be located on my computer. I am trying to reinstall the program (CS4) and it won't work.
When I unistalled all traces of CS on my computer had no issue with the process and it reinstalled just fine. When I did this with CS4 had issues trying to uninstall the traces and kept coming up with error messages. It unistalled (so it appears) it but when I try to reinstall the above error message comes up.
