Limiting webviews/download counts

In the new features webinar yesterday, they said we can now limit how many webviews total, so it doesn't hurt the download count too badly. Can anyone help me with how we do that?

Use the Account Administration tool on the DPS Dashboard to configure the application account. When you do this, you'll see an Enable Fulfillment Limit option. See Account Administration tool and Using social sharing.
