Each time I go to activate my Muse trial, it tells me that an unexpected error ocurred and to please try again later. I have tried 5 times now on different days. Suggestions? (I am getting notices from Adobe saying that I am into my trial time so they seem to think it wasdownlaoded OK)
So you've already purchased the Subscription for Adobe Muse?
Given the above is correct, a few basic troubleshooting issues would be to close Muse entirely, restart your computer, and verify your Subscription is active by logging into your account at adobe.com (you should have also received verification email through adobe about your Muse activation) and after verfying, launch Muse again. Hope this helps.
No, I downloaded the trial version.

Hi,
Quit Muse and delete the following folders and restart Muse. Let me know how that goes,
Delete the 'AdobeMuse' folder found in
on Mac: <yourusername>/Library/Preferences
on Windows XP: <youruser>\Local Settings\
on Windows 7: <youruser>\AppData\Roaming
The 'OOBE' and 'MBLStore' found in the below locations:
on Mac: /Users/<yourusername>/Library/Application Support/Adobe
on Windows XP: Drive:\Documents and Settings\<yourusername>\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe
on Windows 7: Drive:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Local\Adobe
If that does not fixes the issue please let me know what kind of internet connection you have ? Are you in a corporate environment where most probably a firewall could be blocking Muse from communicating to the activation servers ?
