Is there a way to Save all INDDs within an INDB in one action?

InDesign CS5, Mac OS X 10.7.4

 

I often work with an INDB that include several INDDs and find that I spend a lot of time saving the indivdual INDDs, such as whenever wanting to close the INDB or quit InDesign. Is there a way I can perform a "Save All" for the INDB to effectively save the INDB and all its INDDs in one action?
